What are the symptoms of neck muscle spasm?
It’s understandable to be worried about neck muscle spasms. Here’s what to look out for:
Pain: This is the most common symptom, often described as a stiff, aching pain in your neck. Sometimes it feels like a sharp, stabbing pain with certain movements.
Stiffness: You may have trouble moving your neck, like turning your head from side to side or looking up and down.
Headaches: Neck spasms can cause headaches, particularly at the back of your head.
Tenderness: The muscles in your neck might feel tight and sore to the touch.
Remember, I can’t diagnose medical conditions. If you’re experiencing these symptoms, it’s important to talk to a doctor or physical therapist to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
